Our production base is located in Qindong Town, Dongtai City, Jiangsu Province, currently covering an area of 30,000 square meters and employing more than 100 people. The companys main product is stainless steel wire, which is used in the fields of hardware, springs, screws, and jewelry. It is one of the leading brands in the domestic production of stainless steel wire. Fiyada Jiangsu Factory Introduction Now we are coming to our small wire drawing workshop. This workshop has 36 machines, mainly making wire diameters of 0.12~0.35. Our factory has more than 200 small wire machines like this. This is a small line unwinding workshop. Currently, it mainly produces wires with a diameter of 0.12~0.8. Each piece of equipment can unwind 100 steel wires at the same time. The investment for a line like this is probably more than 2 million. This workshop has five such production lines. This is our mold workshop, which is mainly used for various wire drawing molds. This is the centerline wire drawing workshop. There are currently 80 machines. Each machine costs about 120,000 yuan. The normal specification is a wire diameter of 0.55-2.0. This is a large wire drawing workshop. Currently there are six machines, mainly making wire diameters of 5.5 - 2.0, with a total investment of more than 2 million. This is a large piece annealing furnace. It can currently anneal 80 steel wires at the same time. The main specifications are 7.0-1.0. This is the production base of our Jiangsu headquarters. We currently have eight outlets and four production plants across the country.
